Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at [your support email].
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment.
Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.
We do not offer refunds for initial membership fees or renewal charges after they have been processed.
Exceptions may apply in the case of billing errors. Please contact support to resolve any disputes.
Failed Payments & Account Access
If a payment fails, the system may automatically retry. If unsuccessful, your account may be suspended until payment is completed.
Continued failure to update billing information may result in termination of your membership access.
Changes to Membership
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership features or pricing with prior notice.
Any changes to the membership terms will be communicated in advance via email or through your account dashboard.
